Frequently Asked Questions

CCT Apex House Painting

Professional house painters for Apex, North Carolina and surrounding areas.

How much do you charge per square foot?

This will depend on your location, the kind of surface to be painted on, the kind of paint to be used, the number of coats needed, and a variety of other factors. For better pricing estimates, please call us (919) 646-5009.

Can you math an existing paint color?

Yes, we can! If you only need to touch up a ‘bald spot’ or area where the paint doesn’t match, we can cover it up seamlessly and make it look as if it was never there before.

How often should I have my house repainted?

Repainting your house mostly depends on your location and the climate in the area. In some cases, the type of surface or material used for your home is also taken into consideration. The average home usually needs new paint every 7 – 10 years.

Do I have to be home while the painters are working?

No, you don’t have to be home while our team of experts are painting your house. Our painters are typically briefed about the details of the work before proceeding to your location (e.g. where to paint, what to paint, and the color of the paint, etc.). But if it makes you more comfortable and gives you peace of mind, of course you’re welcome to stay at home or even have a chat with our friendly painters.

Can your painters fix damages found while painting my house?

That depends on the kind of damage it is. Light carpentry repairs can be fixed accordingly but more than that, our painters can provide you with proper recommendations on how to fix the issue instead.

Can I provide the paint and only pay for the labor?

Yes, this is a viable option especially if you only want to do a retouch or to cover a ‘bald spot’ on the designated surface and consequently still have leftover paint. But know that we can also acquire paint products that we can get for lower prices since we buy them in bulk.

Don’t worry about getting the right shade. Part of our booking and discussion process is to show you a palette book so we both know the exact color you want for your house.
